1. Own your anger. Admit your mad. 2. Cool off. Take time to relax. 3. Calm down. Everything will work out. 4. Stop and think, "Is getting angry going to help?" 5. Write about it. 6. Exercise. Channel your angry energy. 7. Talk it out. Don't blame, threaten, insult, or accuse. 8. Do something positive. Try to change the situation. 9. Fix it. Solve the problem that caused your anger. 10. Accept it. Some situations can't be changed.
